Welcome
We strive to provide unparalleled online learning experiences through Arts, Nature, Discovery, Exploration, and Sciences for students in grades K-12 through our programming for Homeschool, K-8 Spanish Online School, and Teacher-supported Homeschooling and Private Online Schools.
About Us
AIAANDES started as a homeschool program for expat students in South America in 2015 and quickly grew to serve students in the local community and surrounding areas. We expanded into an online school to accommodate our students whose families returned to their home countries or moved onto other adventures, but wanted the continuity with peers and teachers they had worked with while in South America. We are registered as a private accredited independent K-12 school in Colorado, U.S.A. and as a Multi-family Homeschool program in the state of Delaware.
Programs
Online School Grades 6-12
Our accredited online school is guided by degreed and/or licensed teachers and certified learning coaches from around the world. Students can choose from self-paced or teacher-directed core curriculum options as well as electives. We offer over 300 courses for middle and high school students through our ANDES Learning Network. High school courses taken through the ANDES Learning Network lead to a regionally accredited high school diploma.
Spanish Online School K-8
Students who are native Spanish speakers or proficient Spanish learners may opt to enroll part-time or full-time in the 100% Spanish Online School program for U.S. grade levels K-8. Families may choose from teacher-directed or parent-directed options with the Spanish academic curriculum. Students attend between one and twelve 40-minute classes per week in Spanish (and may opt for some classes in English). This option is ideal for families who are homeschooling bilingual or multilingual children, or for families who desire their child(ren)’s education to be entirely in Spanish. Resources are 100% online with the option of printing the course material.
Teacher-Supported Homeschooling Grades K-8
Families select from any of our K-12 teacher-supported homeschool curriculums and receive supplemental instruction from the curriculum through live online tutorial groups where students meet with their advising teacher(s) and participate in enrichment activities with fellow classmates.
Homeschool Umbrella Services K-8
For families using at least 75% of their own curriculum, we offer School of Record. You register with our school and agree to quarterly assessments in math and reading, submit attendance monthly, report grades each semester, and complete a curriculum plan with a teacher partner who has experience with homeschooling his/her own children. The teacher partner serves as your link between the school and your family. Families meet with the teacher partner once or twice a month to see how things are going. Families can opt into our K-8 subscriptions for online learning apps as well.
In-person Enrichment Program
Available in central Delaware and select sites in South America. Available to students of any online program or homeschool service and on a space-available basis to non-AIAA families.
